[RED DEMOCRATICA] New Issue of the Goettingen Journal of International Law

 

Dear all,
the Goettingen Journal of International Law (www.gojil.eu) is proud to announce the release of its new issue (GoJIL Vol 2 No 2 2010)! The issue dedicates its section GoJIL:Focus to the ICC Review Conference. GoJIL is the first journal in which a comprehensive assessment about the outcome of Kampala is publised. ICC-Judge Hans-Peter Kaul opens the discussion with an introductory comment, before Astrid Reisinger Coracini, Robert Heinsch, Roger S. Clark, Morten Bergsmo and Sabine Klein analyze different aspects of the outcome of the first ICC Review Conference, for instance the definition of the crime of aggression, the exercise of jurisdiction by the Court, the other amendments as well as the conference's impact on Uganda. This issue includes also two article about Kosovo and the Advisory Opinion in addition to further interesting articles about the financial crisis and economic necessity, reservations in human rights treaties, African Union and Peacekeeping as well as the crime against humanity.
