United Nations
$100 billion each year needed to counteract climate change, Ban says
United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said combating climate change will need $100 billion annually. Ban urged the international finance community on Sunday to boost funding for technologies and policies that will help stave off climate change. Investigation needed into deaths of jailed militants in Nigeria, group says
