Syria offers talks with UN on chemical weapons
Syrian ambassador to the United Nations Bashar Ja'afari has invited UN chemical weapons investigator Ake Sellstrom and UN disarmament chief Angela Kane to visit Syria to for discussions about alleged chemical weapons use, but with access only to Aleppo.
