IPI will be streaming a Policy Forum event on Thursday, June 20th, at 1:15pm EST, entitled "Poaching as a Threat to International Peace and Security: Options for the United Nations." The event will look at options for the United Nations to address the negative impact poaching and illegal trade of wildlife have on peace and security in Africa and to identify ways to prevent further violence by armed groups in the region.
