The International Atomic Energy Agency and Iran agreed today to "managed access" for an IAEA team to inspect an Iranian uranium mine and a heavy-water atomic plant. The IAEA and Iran said the agreement will "strengthen their cooperation and dialogue aimed at ensuring the exclusively peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear program."
