ICC to name Libyans who could face arrest

The chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, was expected today to present an overview of war crimes allegedly committed in Libya since the ongoing protests began. Moreno-Ocampo said he will name names based on "preliminary information as to the entities and persons who could be prosecuted and put them on notice to avoid future crimes."
