UN Women chief: Mobile tech creates opportunities for women
Mobile technology is a key to broadening women's employment and educational opportunities, improving literacy and moving development forward, said speakers at the United Nations' Mobile Learning Week conference. "Mobile technology can offer learning where there are no books, no classrooms, even no teachers," says Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, executive director of UN Women.
