Please see the below invitation to a dialogue between the President of the 67th Session of the General Assembly and Civil Society, co-organized by the UN Non-Governmental Liaison Service (NGLS), the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs - NGO Branch, and the UN Department of Public Information NGO Relations section.

Dialogue between the President of the 67th Session of the General Assembly and Civil Society

H.E. Mr. Vuk Jeremić, President of the 67th session of the General Assembly of the United
Nations, wishes to meet representatives of NGOs in  consultative status with ECOSOC or
associated with DPI.
The meeting will focus on the issues before the 67th session of the General Assembly,
particularly the priority areas that the President  outlined in his opening speech. A brief
statement on these priorities by the President will be followed by an exchange with the NGOs
on the key challenges before the General Assembly,  and the role and contribution of civil
society in addressing them.
