Draft agreement struck at Rio+20

Negotiators from the world's governments have agreed upon a draft document intended to help steer future global development onto a more sustainable path. Significant amendments are not expected to the Rio+20 text, which features the concept of a "green economy," but in the eyes of many observers falls short in spelling out how it could be attained.
