Patricia outlined five steps to success in a business        In the segment, she discusses the fear    entrepreneurs have  when launching their    businesses, and the steps they need to take   to make certain they are receiving the   necessary information and assistance for the    success of their business.  Five steps Patricia   outlined are:       ·        Write a business plan ·      Look for assistance ·      Look for office space ·      Finance the business ·      Obtain an identification number   In Summary:   She emphasizes, first and foremost, the importance of having a business plan to map out the foundation and direction in which the entrepreneur desires the business to go in.  Following that is looking for assistance.  The one aspect that many entrepreneurs do not realize is the great amount resources for help that they have at their disposal, and the first place to discover this is on the sba.gov (Small Business Administration) website.  Third is to look for an office space to establish your business.  This can be quite pricey at any given place, and if an entrepreneur lacks the funds, they have the opportunity to set up their business at Power Woman Business Center until they generate sufficient revenue to move elsewhere.  Once a place of establishment is set, then it’s time to finance the business.  An entrepreneur must always have a base of funds already in place when initially creating the business plan, and during the launching process an entrepreneur should maintain outside resources that generate income to assist in the business development.
