While we’ve been watching history unfold as DREAMers begin to apply for the deportation relief announced by President Obama, Mitt Romney has been silent.
The media has been wondering aloud where Romney stands on immigration, but Romney’s positions on immigration have actually been crystal clear.

According to Romney, he would veto the DREAM Act, push for “self-deportation” and calls Arizona a “model for the nation.”
The Romney campaign understands our movement’s power -- so much that it’s hiding from the cameras. But unless it’s held accountable, it won’t feel the pressure needed to force its break with the Tea Party and reject extremist right-wing policies.
