This week we present two works in progress from current Wilson Center Public Policy Scholars, Matt Bai and Matthew Dallek. Matt Bai is working on a book currently titled, "All the Truth is Out: Gary Hart and the Week that Changed American Politics." Matthew Dallek is working on a book that will place the concept of "homeland security" into historical and political perspective. The working title is, "State of Siege: Franklin Roosevelt, Eleanor Roosevelt, and the Battle to Defend America during the Second World War."
