LAS EXIGENCIAS DE LA COMUNIDAD PERUANA EN ARIZONA ASI COMO EN OTROS ESTADOS, QUE MANTIENEN UN PERFIL BAJO EXIGEN LA APERTURA DE CONSULADOS DE CARRERA PARA QUE PUEDAN RESOLVER SUS PROBLEMAS DE DOCUMENTACION YA QUE LOS CONSULADOS HONORARIOS NO PUEDEN REALIZAR TODAS LAS TRAMITACIONES QUE LA COMUNIDAD NECESITA POR LO TANTO DEBEN DE ESPERAR LAS VISITAS ITINERANTES QUE REALIZAN LOS CONSULADOS GENERALES DENTRO DE SUS RESPECTIVOS SERCTORES.
ESTE PROBLEMA GENERA QUE MUCHOS PERUANOS INCLUYENDO LOS JOVENES Y NINOS SE MANTENGAN SIN LOS DOCUMENTOS CORRESPONDIENTES, DEJANDOLOS EN EL RIESGO DE NO PODER DEMOSTRAR SU NACIONALIDAD e IDENTIDAD.
ESPEREMOS TOMEN MEDIDAS NECESARIAS Y URGENTES PARA AYUDAR A LA LOS PEX EN LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS.
