[RED DEMOCRATICA] Comentarios : Posible ataque racial a Jornalero en Passaic. [3 Attachments]

Dear Leaders,
On Tuesday I received information about a fellow day laborer that was assaulted and beaten by four criminals in Passaic.  Exactly on President Street in front of Walgreens at 6:50am on Monday, May 31, 2010. 
 
I was trying to contact the family, but was unable to until yesterday when his son called me to inform me of his condition.  I asked him permission to visit him and went to his apartment in Passaic.
 
The name of this fellow person is Cleotildo, he is Mexican and yesterday was his 54th birthday.  Cleotildo reported that it was four African-Americans that assaulted him and yelled racial obscenities such as "Go home Mexican moth*****er" as well as others.  He was taken to the hospital and release the following day, with pain and without being fully recuperated. 
 
Cleotildo gave me permission to contact the press, the hospital and lawyers.  His son has communicated with the Mexican consulate, the police department (who have detained three out of the four criminals) and some lawyers.  I need some recommendations.

Reciban mi respetuoso saludo. El martes recibi la informacion de que un hermano jornalero habia sido asaltado y golpeado por cuatro malhechores en Passaic. Puntualmente en la calle President frente al Wallgreens a las 6:50 AM del dia Lunes 31 de Mayo, 2010.

Estuve tratando de contactar a la familia, pero no pude hasta ayer que su hijo me llamo para informarme de su condicion. Le pedi permiso para visitarlo y me acerque a su departamento de Passaic para ver su condicion.
 
El nombre de este hermano es Cleotildo, es mexicano y ayer cumplio 54 anhos. Cleotildo me reporto que fueron cuatro afroamericanos quienes lo asaltaron y le gritaban insultos con perfil racial como: "Go home Mexican mot.......er" entre otras. Fue llevado al hospital y dado de alta al dia siguiente, aun con dolor y sin estar recuperado
Cleotildo me dio la autorizacion para contactar medios de prensa, el hospital y abogados. Su hijo ya se comunico con el consulado mexicano, el departamento de policia (quienes han detenido a 3 de los 4 malhechores y unos abogados.
Les agradeceria sus recomendaciones con relacion a este posible crimen con perfil racial y de odio.
