UN Security Council decries African organized crime, terrorism links
The United Nations Security Council on Monday decried the link between African organized crime and terrorism. A multifaceted approach must be used to counter terrorism, said UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Countries approve controls on several chemicals
More than 120 countries reached an agreement on stricter export controls for several chemicals and a phaseout of flame-retardant chemical hexabromocyclododecane.
