Today is Giving Tuesday, when individual donors are encouraged by nearly 7,000 philanthropic groups to make contributions and publicize them on social media. Surveillance investigation launched by UN special rapporteur
Ben Emmerson, the United Nations special rapporteur for counterterrorism, will investigate surveillance activities of the U.K. and the U.S. uncovered by material leaded by Edward Snowden.
