UN: War in Syria worsens, chemical-weapons evidence grows
The United Nations Commission of Inquiry has found "reasonable grounds" that chemical weapons were used in Syria and it is seeking permission to conduct tests in the country. "It has not been possible, on the evidence available, to determine the precise chemical agents used, their delivery systems or the perpetrator," says the commission.
