Egypt's Morsi calls Obama as Gaza conflict widens

Israel suffered civilian casualties from rocket attacks after Israeli airstrikes against what it said were Hamas launch sites and training facilities in Gaza. Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi condemned the Israeli actions and called President Barack Obama and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Morsi reported that Obama said he would contact Israeli leaders.
