United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Thursday responded to aid groups' complaints that Security Council resolutions have been ineffective at resolving the crisis in Syria. UN rights chief: Syrian war crimes will be prosecuted
Those who have committed alleged war crimes against civilians in Syria will be brought to justice, said Zeid Ra'ad al-Hussein, the United Nations human rights chief, on Thursday.
