The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs says Typhoon Haiyan has caused 4,460 confirmed deaths. The storm has displaced 921,200 people and in some way affected 11.8 million people, OCHA says. Food, water and medical supplies are slowly arriving.
