VIGILIA                                 Organizada por  PASSAIC COUNTY COALITION for IMMIGRANT RIGHTS                                  (PCC4IR) Nombre del Evento: "Devolvemos con Amor tanto Odio" Dia: Jueves 7 de Octubre, 2010. Hora: 5:30 PM Lugar: 155 Market Street Paterson, NJ 07055 PCC4IR hace un respetuoso llamado a toda la comunidad, para que junto a nosotros podamos orar por la paz espiritual de los grupos anti-inmigrantes. Los grupos anti-inmigrantes, estan demostrando odio e intolerancia hacia otros seres humanos, y mediante este evento, queremos demostrarles comprension y darles la otra mejilla. Consideramos que como grupos que perseguimos el bien, la paz, el amor y el respeto por nuestros semejantes; debemos orar por aquellos que se alejan de un camino espiritual y son invadidos por el odio a su projimo. Nosotros no podemos devolver con odio las acciones negativas que estan realizando, Estamos tratando de entender sus razones sin compartirlas y que buscaremos en el futuro un camino de conciliacion o de una frontal y abierta via de discusion para encontrar soluciones, las mismas que nuestros lideres politicos no han sido capaces de encontrar. Tenemos que agotar todos los medios -en armonia- para buscar un entendimiento entre seres racionales y evitar que se mantenga este clima de intolerancia que esta existiendo en nuestro pais. Lo digo como ciudadano de este pais, orgulloso de ser americano y de nuestra historia donde se encontraron vias para terminar con la discriminacion racial y protejer los derechos humanos en todas sus dimensiones.  Tantos los grupos anti-inmigrantes como los defensores de los inmigrantes debemos sentarnos en la mesa de la conciliacion y la buena voluntad, asi podriamos encontrar una solucion humana al tema in migracion que es un tema SOCIAL y no politico como algunas organizaciones nos han querido hacer creer. Time: 5:30pm Place: 155 Market Street, Paterson, NJ 07505 PCC4IR, respectfully calls to all the community being along with us in the prayer for the spiritual peace of the anti-immigrant groups that are showing hatred and intolerance to other human beings and through this event, we show understanding and give the other cheek.  I believe that we as groups pursue the good, peace, love and respect for our fellow men; we must pray for those that have turned away from a spiritual path and are invaded by hate to their neighbor.  We are not returning with hatred, the negative actions that they have been carried out, we are trying to understand their reasons without sharing them and we are seeking in the future a path to reconciliation or a frontal and open way of discussion to find solutions, the same that our political leaders have been incapable of finding.  We must exhaust all means "in harmony" to search for an understanding between rational beings and prevent continuation of such a climate of intolerance that exists in our country. I say this as a citizen of this country, proud to be American and our history where they found ways to end racial discrimination and protect human rights within all dimensions. The anti-immigrant groups as well as immigrant advocates must sit at the table of reconciliation and good will, so we could find a human solution to the issue in immigration which is a SOCIAL issue and not political as some organizations have tried to make us believe.
