Hi Friend - Just a quick reminder to join us tomorrow, September 10th to discuss UN Peacekeeping - its past, present and future.

We'll be joined by two experts on the Protection of Civilians, working in both the United Nations and the United States.

Dwight Raymond works at the U.S. Army Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute (PKSOI). He is one of the primary authors of the Mass Atrocity Response Operations (MARO) Military Planning Handbook.

Kieran Dwyer is the acting Chief of the Public Affairs Section at the Departments of Peacekeeping and Field Support at the United Nations. He joined the Headquarters from his position as Director of Strategic Communications at the United Nations Assistance Mission IN Afghanistan (UNAMA).
