PCC4IR hace un llamado a toda la comunidad de buena voluntad para que nos acompañen en una vigilia y oración por la paz espiritual de aquellos grupos e individuos que utilizan la violencia para demostrar su intolerancia hacia otro ser humano.
Mediante este evento, daremos la otra mejilla, como mandan nuestras sagradas escrituras. Consideramos que como grupos que perseguimos el bien, el amor y el respeto entre nuestros semejantes; debemos orar por aquellos que se alejan de un camino espiritual y son invadidos por el odio a su prójimo.
Tenemos que agotar todos los medios para buscar un entendimiento entre seres racionales y evitar que se mantenga este clima de intolerancia que existe en nuestro país. Como hijos de Dios debemos amarnos los unos a otros, entendernos y respetarnos.

And will pray for the spiritual reconciliation of anti-immigrant people. "We repay hate with love" Passaic, NJ-- Immigrant and human rights advocates from throughout New Jersey will gather at Paterson City Hall on Thursday Sunday, October 7 at 5:30 PM for a VIGIL to draw attention of anti-immigrant groups and people which uses violence to show their intolerance. PCC4IR will be joined by religious and community leaders who support an end to the hate from anti-immigrant people. "We are brothers and Sisters in the same country...our country". The organizers say the vigil is a call to unity for all New Jerseyans to stand together in favor of a humane immigration policy. The PCC4IR which is the main organizer is supporting passage of the DREAM ACT, an end to the detention and deportation of workers, an end to 287(g) agreements between ICE and local law enforcement and a halt to the deployment of ICE's "Secure Communities" program. WHAT: Press conference, speeches from religious and community leaders, VIGIL in front of Paterson City Hall . WHEN: October 7th, 5:30 PM (vigil and press conference) WHO: 100 immigrant rights advocates, community leaders, recent immigrants, ordinary citizens who are outraged because of the ongoing situation for immigrants in NJ. WHERE: Vigil will begin outdoor of the Paterson City Hall localized in 155 Market Street Paterson , NJ 07505 Thursday's program will also underscore the inhumanity, of our immigration system which organizers say tears apart families. "Immigrant families are American families. Millions of immigrants are married to US citizens and have US citizen children. Every immigrant is a human being who is someone's daughter, son, mother, father, brother or sister. Our families are separated by decades of waiting outside the country, months or years of immigration detention, and permanently by deportation," stated David Toledo, MA Member of the Passaic County Coalition for Immigrant Rights.
