With President Obama's bold statement on the policy of using nuclear weapons, to the historic signing of the new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) between the United States and Russia, to our nation's capital hosting 47 countries as part of the President's Nuclear Security Summit, to next month's Nuclear Proliferation Treaty conference at the United Nations we are being bombarded on all sides by all things nuclear. For our May 8th National Conference Call we will be hearing from two long-time experts in the field of non proliferation and disarmament: Kingston Reif, Director of Nuclear Non-Proliferation at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation; and
