Make meetings less painful
Meetings can be made better in many ways, starting with making them shorter, according to advice from Dan Rockwell and PowerHouse Performance CEO Jenny Evans. Set an "expiration date" for meetings, declare an explicit purpose for each meeting and don't allow distractions.
