UN report details turmoil in Libya
The United Nations human rights office and the UN Support Mission in Libya have prepared a report that details the extent of the lawlessness and turmoil in Libya. There were 400,000 internally displaced people in Libya in mid-November, up from 60,000 at the year's start.
