Herve Ladsous, head of peacekeeping for the United Nations, talks about the ongoing violence in Syria and the specific challenges -- such as the attack Tuesday on a UN convoy -- facing monitors. There are also third parties on the ground, you know, unknown groups who have been responsible over the last several days for many attacks, explosions," Ladsous said.
