Security Council approves campaign against Rwandan rebel group
The United Nations Security Council on Thursday approved military action by UN peacekeepers and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to oust Rwandan rebels. The Security Council is considering targeted sanctions against individuals or groups who support the rebels, known as the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda.
