This online, multimedia guide explores various geopolitical issues surrounding oceans governance—pollution, piracy, and the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea. It is the newest component of the International Institutions and Global Governance (IIGG) program's Global Governance Monitor, an interactive resource that maps and evaluate global challenges. Other components of the Monitor focus on nuclear nonproliferation and finance.
