Man-made climate change will affect everyone, but those who are poor and marginalized will be especially vulnerable, says a report by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Developing countries will find it more difficult to eradicate poverty and find it harder to bounce back from natural disasters, according to the report.
